This one-hour class offers a set series that is gentle on the shoulders and wrists, omitting chaturangas (high to low push-ups), and blending elements of the 26 & 2 and Power Yoga styles. Hot Power Fusion features balancing poses, core exercises, hip openers, and inversions, all set to music. It promotes mindful focus and detoxification.

26 & 2

This 90-minute class features a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, starting with a standing series followed by a floor series, with each posture repeated twice. The disciplined and structured format of 26 & 2 helps students build strength, flexibility, and balance. Conducted without music, this class fosters concentration necessary for meditation and proper alignment.

Vinyasa
